The Binary Program Optional Secondary Phase

Some stubborn accounts require additional, intensive pursuit. TekCollect offers an optional Secondary Phase involving our Secondary Contingent Recovery Division (SCRD).

At the conclusion of the Primary Phase, you can transfer accounts that remain delinquent to SCRD at a straight contingent fee basis. With your approval, SCRD will exercise every remedy available on your behalf, including power-dialing, asset searches, advanced skip tracing and personal negotiations. Our litigation service department is at the ready for court action, when necessary. And for MSCA members requiring such services, TekCollect will advance all court, attorney and filing fees.
